They offer 8,000 square feet of climbing area under one roof. They offer all levels of instruction, rentals, Kids' Climb Programs, on site child care, retail store, full locker rooms with showers, and more! First time visitors are required to demonstrate belay competency (and pay a $5 gym orientation) or complete the Belay-On class.

Group Rates: Packages available for 11 to 15 people includes space for party, climbing, 50% off rental gearand free gear for the birthday person, (if applicable). Group Rental Rate: $180.00 per group.

Vertical Dreams offers top roping, lead climbing, bouldering, inverts, overhangs, roofs and a Kid's Wall. They have a converted five story elevator shaft that stretches almost 70 feet and has two inner walls to climb on. (SPECIAL NOTE: You are not allowed to climb this elevator shaft on your first visit. It can only be climbed by people who visit two or more times, even if you are an experienced climber.) This gym is located on the fifth floor of a five story brick mill building on the bank of the Merrimac river in downtown Manchester.

All climbers have to have a INFORMED CONCENT AND RELEASE WAIVER form signed that you can find online to print out in advance at: http://www.verticaldreams.com/waiver.htm This form must be signed by a youth's (under 18) parent or guardian before they can use these facilities.
